To safely mount a partition without being flapped by the wind.SOLUTION: An upper partition 2 and a lower partition 3 are provided between a handrail side support member 15 and a window side support member 16 in the upper and lower stages. When the upper partition 2 is slid from the lower side to the upper side along both support members 15, 16, a slide lock member 27 capable of engaging the handrail side vertical frame member 4 of the upper partition 2 is provided on the handrail side support member 15; the window side support member 16 is provided with a pin member 30 capable of engaging a window side vertical frame material 5 of the upper partition 2. The upper partition 2 is set to a lower end between both support members 15, 16, the handrail side vertical frame material 4 and the window side vertical frame material 5 are engaged with the slide lock member 27 and the pin member 30, respectively, while the upper partition 2 is slid upward along both support members 15, 16 and fixed to the support members 15, 16 at a predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
