FLOOR COVER MATERIAL OF EXPANSION JOINT, EXPANSION JOINT FOR FLOOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a floor cover material formed of an elastic material of an expansion joint for floor set on the floor of a building, directly attachable to a clearance without using a metallic substrate.SOLUTION: A floor cover material having a covering face part 21 covering a clearance formed on a floor face and connection parts 22, 22 provided at both ends of the covering face part 21, is belt-likely formed using a material having rubber elasticity. A recessed part 23 recessed downward roughly in a reversed V-shape is provided at a center of the covering face part 21, and vertically long hollow parts 24, 24 are provided on both sides of the recessed part 23, resulting in such a cross sectional shape. Vertical width (T) of the hollow parts 24, 24 is formed to be roughly twice of depth (D) (T≒2×D) of the recessed part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物の床に設けられる床用エキスパンションジョイントの床カバー材を弾性材材料で形成するにあたり、下地の金属板を用いなくともクリアランスに直に取り付けることができるようにする。【解決手段】床面に配された間隙を覆う被覆面部21と、被覆面部21の両側に設けられた接続部22,22を有する床カバー材を、ゴム弾性を有する材料を用いて帯状に形成する。被覆面部21の中央には下方へ下向き略V字形に凹んだ凹面部23を設け、凹面部23の両側に縦に長い中空部24,24を配置した断面形状に設けるとともに、中空部24,24の上下幅(T)は凹面部23の形成深さ(D)の略二倍(T≒2×D)となる成形寸法で形成する。【選択図】図3
