STRUCTURAL PLYWOOD LAMINATED WITH POROUS STEEL PLATES
To provide a structural plywood composed of a porous steel plate and a wood-based plate material which has high fixing strength to a frame body and the like, high horizontal resistance performance as a surface material for a bearing wall, good in workability and effective for reduction in construction cost.SOLUTION: A structural plywood 1 having a substantially rectangular shape and attached to a frame 2 of a wall structure forming a building, comprises: a plurality of plate members 9, 10, 11 which are made of wood; a laminated body which is obtained by laminating the plate members and at least one porous steel plate 6 as a thin plate-like steel material having a large number of small holes of a substantially circular shape in a front view, bonding them together with an adhesive, and heating and pressurizing them so as to be integrated; and a display part 4 which displays a position of a hole part 7 of the porous steel plate 6 on the plate member 9 laminated on the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】枠体などに対する固定強度と、耐力壁用面材としての水平抵抗性能が高く、施行作業性も良く、建築費用削減に有効となる、多孔鋼板と木質系板材からなる構造用合板を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】建築物を形成する壁構造体の枠体2に添設される略矩形状をなす構造用合板1であって、木質系からなる複数の板材9,10,11と、少なくとも1枚の正面視略円形の小さな孔を多数有する薄板状の鋼材である多孔鋼板6とを積層して接着剤で貼り合わし加熱加圧され一体化された積層体と、表側に積層された板材9に多孔鋼板6の孔部7の位置を表示した表示部4との構成からなる。【選択図】図1
