PLASTIC HINGE STRUCTURE OF RC COLUMNAR STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING PLASTIC HINGE PART OF RC COLUMNAR STRUCTURE
To provide a plastic hinge structure of an RC columnar structure and a method for repairing a plastic hinge part of the RC columnar structure capable of reducing the residual strain at the plastic hinge part while preventing brittle failure such as collapse and also immediately being repaired even at the time of severe earthquake.SOLUTION: A plastic hinge structure 1 of an RC columnar structure (RC pier 10) having a plastic hinge part 2 which is installed at the top and/or bottom of an RC columnar structure that receives an axial force such as an RC piers 10 and an RC columns, and bending stress acting on the RC columnar structure (RC pier 10) yields the axial reinforcing bars (axial reinforcement 4) to absorb seismic energy, the plastic hinge structure comprising a pipe body (steel pipe 6) embedded along the central axis in the RC columnar structure (RC pier 10) and extended vertically along the axial direction from the plastic hinge part 2 in order to prevent damage to the core concrete that supports the axial force, and a plurality of pairs of mechanical joints 5 that are provided near the upper and lower ends of the plastic hinge part 2 and connects the axial reinforcing bars (axial reinforcement 4) that bends and yields.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】大地震時でも崩壊などの脆性破壊を防ぎつつ塑性ヒンジ部の残留歪を低減するとともに、速やかな補修が可能なRC柱状構造物の塑性ヒンジ構造及びRC柱状構造物の塑性ヒンジ部補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】RC橋脚10やRC柱などの軸方向力を受けるRC柱状構造物の上部及び/又は下部に設けられ、RC柱状構造物(RC橋脚10)に作用する曲げ応力で軸方向筋(軸方向鉄筋4)が降伏して地震エネルギーを吸収する塑性ヒンジ部2を有するRC柱状構造物(RC橋脚10)の塑性ヒンジ構造1において、軸方向力を支えるコアコンクリートの損傷を防ぐために、RC柱状構造物(RC橋脚10)内の中心軸に沿って埋設され、塑性ヒンジ部2より軸方向に沿って長く上下に延設された管体(鋼管6)と、塑性ヒンジ部2の上下端付近に設けられ、曲げ降伏する軸方向筋(軸方向鉄筋4)を接続する複数対の機械式継手5と、を備える。【選択図】図2
