To provide wall-forming panels that can be carried by a truck preventing the freight height from exceeding the limit set by the Road Law, a wall structure based on the wall-forming panel, and a building including the wall structure.SOLUTION: A wall-forming panel 10 is configured to form a wall of a lower portion of the first floor of a house. A wall-forming panel 12 is configured to form a wall of an upper portion of the first floor and a lower portion of the second floor of the house. A wall-forming panel 14 is configured to form a wall of an upper portion of the second floor of the house (building) (not shown). 【課題】トラックに載置した時の積載物高さが、道路法の制限を超えることがない壁形成パネル、その壁形成パネルを使用した壁構造、及びその壁構造を含む建築物を提供する。【解決手段】壁形成パネル１０を、家屋の１階の下側一部の壁を形成するように構成し、壁形成パネル１２を、家屋の１階の上側一部及び２階の下側一部の壁を形成するように構成し、壁形成パネル１４を、家屋（建築物）（図示しない）の２階の上側一部の壁を形成するように構成した。壁形成パネル１０、１２、１４によって壁構造１６を構成した。【選択図】図１
