To secure higher air tightness and to close an opening part of a building at proper timing for surely confirming the inside of the building.SOLUTION: A blowout panel comprises: a closing panel 10 for closing an opening part 2A of an outer wall 2 of a building from the outside of the building so as to be openable and closable; a door hinge 11 for connecting an opening/closing base end part 10a of the closing panel 10 and an opening peripheral edge part 2a forming the opening part 2A at the outer wall 2; a lock piece 12 for locking an opening/closing tip part 10b of the closing panel 10 to the opening part 2A, and releasing a lock state when the internal pressure of the building reaches a prescribed value or higher; a first airtight packing 13 arranged at a peripheral edge part of the closing panel 10, and abutting on the opening peripheral edge part 2a; an open angle regulation chain 14 for regulating an open angle of the closing panel 10 at an open position; and a winding device having a wire connected to the closing panel 10, and capable of winding the wire so as to close the closing panel 10 at the open position up to a closing position P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】より高い気密性を確保できるとともに、建屋内の確認を確実に行った適宜なタイミングで建屋の開口部を閉じることができる。【解決手段】建屋の外壁2の開口部2Aを屋外側から開閉可能に閉止する閉止パネル10と、閉止パネル10の開閉基端部10a及び外壁2における開口部2Aを形成する開口周縁部2aを連結する扉ヒンジ11と、閉止パネル10の開閉先端部10bを開口部2Aに係止するとともに、建屋の内部圧力が所定値以上になったときに係止状態が解除される係止片12と、閉止パネル10の周縁部に配置され、開口周縁部2aに当接する第1気密パッキン13と、閉止パネル10の開放位置における開角度を規制する開角度規制チェーン14と、閉止パネル10に連結されたワイヤを有し、開放位置の閉止パネル10を閉止位置P1まで閉じるようにワイヤを巻取り可能な巻取り装置と、を備えたブローアウトパネルを提供する。【選択図】図2
