To provide a dry shrinkage-reducing agent for a hydraulic material-hardening body, capable of reducing dry shrinkage in the hydraulic material-hardening body and preventing cracks from occurring due to the dry shrinkage, by applying the agent to the hydraulic material-hardening body; and to provide a shrinkage-reducing method therefor, and a low-shrinkage hydraulic material-hardening body.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a dry shrinkage-reducing agent for a hydraulic material-hardening body, comprising: at least one compound selected from the group comprising a urea derivative and a hydrophilic amine compound; and water.
