CEMENT COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT MORTAL
To provide a cement composition and a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a cement mortal, capable of: exhibiting sufficient initial strength under a high-temperature environment in summer; showing good quick-hardening performance with excellent hydration activity; sufficiently ensuring predetermined flowability; and ensuring sufficient working life.SOLUTION: A cement composition comprises: a quick-hardening additive for cement containing 70 mass% or more of a C12A7-based mineral phase; a gypsum; an alkali sulfate compound; a calcium salt excluding the gypsum; boric acid; a cement; gluconic acid; and tartaric acid or a tartaric acid salt. The total amount of the quick-hardening additive for cement, the gypsum, the alkali sulfate compound, the calcium salt, the boric acid and the cement includes: 5-40 mass% of C12A7-based mineral; and 0.5-1 mass% of alkali sulfate (in terms of sodium sulfate). A content mass ratio of (the calcium salt (in terms of calcium hydroxide))/(the C12A7-based mineral phase) is 3-40 (mass%). A content mass ratio of (the gypsum (in terms of anhydrous gypsum))/(the C12A7-based mineral phase) is 50-150 (mass%). A content mass ratio of (the boric acid)/(the C12A7-based mineral phase) is 1.5-7 (mass%). The total amount of the quick-hardening additive for cement, the gypsum, the alkali sulfate compound, the calcium salt, the boric acid and the cement comprises: 0.05-0.6 mass% of a gluconate (in terms of gluconic acid) in outer percentage; and 0.05-0.6 mass% of the tartaric acid or a tartaric acid salt (in terms of tartaric acid) in outer percentage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 夏季の高温下において十分な初期強度を発現し、水和活性が優れて良好な急硬性能を示すと同時に所定の流動性を有し十分な可使時間を確保することができる、セメント組成物及びその製造方法、並びにセメントモルタルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 セメント組成物は、C12A7系鉱物相を70質量%以上で含有するセメント用急硬性添加材と、石膏と、硫酸アルカリ化合物と、石膏を除くカルシウム塩と、ホウ酸と、セメントと、グルコン酸と、酒石酸又は酒石酸塩とを含有し、前記セメント用急硬性添加材と石膏と硫酸アルカリ化合物と前記カルシウム塩とホウ酸とセメントの総質量中C12A7系鉱物が5〜40質量%、硫酸アルカリ化合物(硫酸ナトリウム換算)が0.5〜1質量%含まれ、更に、前記カルシウム塩(水酸化カルシウム換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が3〜40(質量%)、石膏(無水石膏換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が50〜150(質量%)で、ホウ酸/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が1.5〜7(質量%)であり、前記セメント用急硬性添加材と石膏と硫酸アルカリ化合物と前記カルシウム塩とホウ酸とセメントの総質量に対してグルコン酸塩(グルコン酸換算)を外割で0.05〜0.6質量%と前記酒石酸又は酒石酸塩(酒石酸換算)を外割で0.05〜0.6質量%含む。【選択図】 なし
