OPENING STRUCTURE OF EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION SKELETON
To suppress snow from being accumulated around a lower frame of an opening provided on an external thermal insulation skelton of a building and prevent rainwater from entering from around the opening.SOLUTION: In an external thermal insulation structure where a thermal insulation part 2 is provided on an outer surface 1s of a building outer wall 1w, an opening structure of an external thermal insulation skeleton 1 comprises: an opening 3 which is provided on a part of the building outer wall 1w; and a draining member 5 which has a folded plate 51 inclining downward from the opening 3 to the outside of the building outer wall 1w, and is provided on the outside of the thermal insulation material 22 provided between the draining member and the building outer wall 1w so as to cover the thermal insulation material 22. An upper member edge 55 of the folded plate 51 is attached to a lower frame 41b of the opening 3. The folded plate 51 is folded toward the building outer wall 1w, and a lower member edge 57 is fixed to the building outer wall 1w below the opening 3 or to the thermal insulation material 22. The thermal insulation material 22 is filled up to an innermost part S2 of a closed space S between the draining member 5 and the building outer wall 1w.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の外断熱躯体に設ける開口部の下枠部周りに積雪するのを抑え、かつ開口部廻りからの雨水の浸入を防止する。【解決手段】外断熱躯体1の開口部構造は、建物外壁1wの外面1sに断熱部2が設けられた外断熱構造において、建物外壁1wの一部に設けられる開口部3と、開口部3より建物外壁1wの外側下方側に傾斜する折板部51を有し、建物外壁1wとの間に設けられた断熱材22の外側に断熱材22を覆うように設けられた水切り材5と、を備え、折板部51の上部材端55は開口部3の下枠部41bに取り付けられ、折板部51は建物外壁1wに向かって折り返され下部材端57が開口部3の下方の建物外壁1wまたは断熱材22に固定されており、断熱材22は、水切り材5と建物外壁1wとの間の密閉空間Sの、最も内側の部分S2に至るまで充填されている。【選択図】図1
