To provide a roof construction method and a building with the roof with high economical efficiency and durability and very low cost for a rethatching construction to a new method and with less construction frequency until the next rethatching once rethatched.SOLUTION: The method comprises: while maintaining a thatched roof, arranging a required substrate material on the thatched roof; and installing an exterior cladding material with false patterns representing the thatched roof, onto at least a surface to be outside of the substrate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 新方式への葺き替え施工が非常に安価につきしかも一度葺き替えれば次の葺き替えまでの施工頻度も少なくて済むようにした経済性・耐久性の高い屋根施工方法および屋根付き建物を提供すること。【解決手段】 草葺き屋根を存続させたままでその上側に所要とする下地構成材を施してその上側に少なくとも外部となる表面に草葺き屋根を表現する擬似模様を施した外装屋根材を敷設するようにする方法。【選択図】図４
