To provide a technology capable of obtaining a stable inspection result regardless of an inspector by carrying out an objective rust evaluation.SOLUTION: A system for evaluating a degree of rust of an object based on two or more rust classes set in stages according to the degree of rust in advance, includes: rust index value measuring means; and rust class evaluation means. The rust index value measuring means is means for obtaining a measured rust index value of the object based on an object image obtained by photographing the object. The rust class evaluation means 206 is means for determining a rust class of the object by comparing the measured rust index value of the object with reference rust index values preset for the respective rust classes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】客観的な錆の評価を実施することで点検者によらず安定した点検結果を得ることができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】あらかじめ錆の程度に応じて段階的に設定された２以上の錆階級に基づいて対象物の錆の程度を評価するシステムであって、錆指標値計測手段と錆階級評価手段を備えたものである。このうち指標値計測手段は、対象物を撮影した対象物画像に基づいて対象物の計測錆指標値を求める手段であり、錆階級評価手段２０６は、対象物の計測錆指標値と錆階級ごとにあらかじめ設定された基準錆指標値を照らし合わせることで対象物の錆階級を決定する手段である。【選択図】図４
