MICRO PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND INSERTION MEMBER FOR FILLING GROUT MATERIAL USED IN MICRO PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a micro pile construction method that can obtain micro piles supported by a load bearing ground firmly even when the load bearing ground has gaps and cracks.SOLUTION: A section of a bag body 36 around one opening thereof is attached to a reinforcement 32 and a grout material supply pipe 34 via a band. A section of the bag body 36 around the other opening thereof is attached to the reinforcement 32 via a band. An insertion member 30 for filling a grout material is composed of the bag body 36 being wound on the reinforcement 32 and the grout material supply pipe 34. The method of the present invention includes: inserting the insertion member 30 for filling the grout material into a casing C before a step of raising the casing C after a step of pulling out an excavation drill 14; and bringing an outer peripheral surface of the bag body 36 into pressure contact with an inner peripheral surface of a hole 18 by filling the inside of the bag body 36 with a grout material G after the step of raising the casing C, and bringing the outer peripheral surface of the bag body 36 into pressure contact with an inner peripheral surface of the casing C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】荷重支持地盤に隙間やひび割れがある場合であっても、荷重支持地盤で強固に支持されたマイクロパイルを得ることができるマイクロパイル工法を提供する。【解決手段】一方の開口部の周囲の袋体36の箇所が、バンドを介して鉄筋32とグラウト材供給管34に取着され、他方の開口部の周囲の袋体36の箇所がバンドを介して鉄筋32に取着されている。袋体36が鉄筋32とグラウト材供給管34に巻き付けられてグラウト材充填用挿入部材30が構成されている。削孔ドリル14を引き抜く工程の後でケーシングCを引き上げる工程の前に、グラウト材充填用挿入部材30を前記ケーシングCの内部に挿入し、ケーシングCを引き上げる工程の後に、袋体36の内部にグラウト材Gを充填して孔18の内周面に袋体36の外周面を圧接されると共に、ケーシングCの内周面に袋体36の外周面を圧接させる。【選択図】図1
