NATURAL GROUND REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF, PULL-OUT TEST EQUIPMENT
To check the fixing condition of a rock bolt and build a natural ground reinforcement structure, and improve workability by eliminating the need to replace test nut and normal nut that are screwed together during the pull-out test for the rock bolt.SOLUTION: A natural ground reinforcement structure comprises rock bolts 1a, 1b driven in the natural ground 101, a normal nut 3 screwed into a male screw 11a projecting from a placement surface 104 of the natural ground 101 of the rock bolt 1a and screwed so that a bearing plate 2a substantially contacts the placement surface 104, and a pull-out test compatible nut 4 different from the normal nut 3 screwed into a male screw 11b protruding from the placement surface 104 of the rock bolt 1b and screwed so that a bearing plate 2b substantially contacts the placement surface 104. The pull-out test-compatible nut 4 is formed in a shape that can be freely fitted into a connector 5 of a pull-out force loading jack 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ロックボルトの定着状態を確認して地山補強構造を構築することができると共に、ロックボルトに対する引抜試験の際に螺合される試験用ナットと通常ナットのナット付け替えを行う必要を無くし、施工性を向上することができる。【解決手段】地山101に打設されたロックボルト1a、1bと、ロックボルト1aの地山101の打設面104から突出する雄ねじ11aに螺合され、支圧板2aを打設面104に略当接させるように螺入された通常ナット3と、ロックボルト1bの打設面104から突出する雄ねじ11bに螺合され、支圧板2bを打設面104に略当接させるように螺入された通常ナット3とは異なる引抜試験対応ナット4を備え、引抜試験対応ナット4が引抜力載荷ジャッキ6の連結具5に嵌着自在な形状で形成されている地山補強構造。【選択図】図2
