To provide a method for joining a concrete member capable of securing a sufficient joint strength, and to provide joint concrete.SOLUTION: A method for joining a concrete member includes: a chipping step of chipping a placing joint surface 10A of an existing concrete member 10; a substrate agent application step of applying a substrate agent 30 onto the placing joint surface 10A, after the chipping step; and a joint step of joining new latex modified quick-hardening concrete 20 onto the placing joint surface 10A, after the substrate agent application step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
