ROTATIONAL FRICTION DAMPER
To provide a technology capable of gradually changing attenuation force of a friction damper.SOLUTION: A rotational friction damper disposed between relatively displaceable first member and second member, includes an attenuation portion disposed on the first member, and a transmission portion disposed between the second member and the attenuation portion. The attenuation portion includes a plurality of rotational friction discs having diameters different from each other, and vertically stacked in order of sizes of the diameter, and a connecting portion coaxially, and rotatably slidably connecting the plurality of rotational friction discs and pinching the plurality of rotational friction discs. Rotational sliding surfaces on which the plurality of rotational friction discs are rotated and slid are successively switched to the rotational sliding surface of larger frictional area in accordance with magnitude of relative moving amounts of the first member and the second member, when vibration of the second member is transmitted to the minimum rotational friction disc through the transmission portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】摩擦ダンパーの減衰力を段階的に変化させることのできる技術を提供する。【解決手段】相対変位可能な第1部材および第2部材の間に介装される回転摩擦ダンパーであって、第1部材に設置された減衰部と、第2部材と減衰部との間に介在する伝達部を備える。減衰部は、互いに異なる直径を有すると共に直径の大きさの順に上下方向に積層された複数の回転摩擦板と、複数の回転摩擦板を同軸かつ回転摺動自在に連結すると共に複数の回転摩擦板を積層方向に挟圧する連結部を含み、伝達部を介して第2部材の振動が最小回転摩擦板に伝達された際に、複数の回転摩擦板同士が回転摺動する回転摺動面を第1部材および第2部材の相対移動量の大きさに応じて、順次、摩擦面積の大きな回転摺動面に切り替える。【選択図】図3
