SHATTER-PROOF DEMOLITION METHOD FOR WASTE INCINERATION PLANT
To provide a dismantling method for waste incineration plant which can maintain shatter-proof nets and sheets without removing them during dismantling of a building, and is easy to remove.SOLUTION: It includes: a step (S1) to form a front chamber that serves as an exit for moving out for dismantled objects; a step (S2) to erect multiple construction elevators on both sides of the building; a step (S3) to install curing scaffolds on the front, rear, left and right sides of the building; a step (S4) to install soundproof panels outside the curing scaffolds; a step (S5) to lift the roof trusses with a crane and mount the leg parts to the elevator platforms of the construction elevators; a step (S6) to mount shatterproof nets and sheets on the roof trusses; a step (S7) to dismantle the building with heavy equipment moved into the building; a step (S8) to descend the roof trusses with the construction elevators and remove the construction elevators and the upper parts of the curing scaffolds; a step (S9) to dismantle the basement of the building; and a step(S10) to remove the remaining curing scaffolds, construction elevators and roof trusses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】建屋の解体中、飛散防止ネット及びシートを取り外すことなく維持でき、撤去も容易な清掃工場の解体工法を提供する。【解決手段】解体物の搬出口となる前室を形成する段階(S1)と、建屋の両側面に複数の工事用エレベータを立設する段階(S2)と、建屋の前後左右の側面に養生足場を設置する段階(S3)と、養生足場の外側に防音パネルを設置する段階(S4)と、屋根トラスをクレーンで揚重し、脚部を工事用エレベータの昇降載置台に取付ける段階(S5)と、屋根トラスに飛散防止ネット及びシートを取付ける段階(S6)と、建屋内に投入した重機により建屋を解体する段階(S7)と、工事用エレベータで屋根トラスを下降させ、工事用エレベータと養生足場の上部を撤去する段階(S8)と、建屋の地下部分を解体する段階(S9)と、残りの養生足場と工事用エレベータと屋根トラスを撤去する段階(S10)と、を備える。【選択図】図15
