【課題】屋内と屋外との熱移動を妨げ、屋内と屋外との温度差を維持するための断熱パネルを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】平行な２枚の板状体１２の間に、板状体の複数のリブ１３を垂直に設けることによって一体化され、板状体１２とリブ１３によって仕切られた複数の貫通孔１４が形成されたプラスチック中空板１と、いずれかの貫通孔１４に、摺動可能に設けられる内磁石と、プラスチック中空板１の外側から前記内磁石と吸着させる外磁石、あるいは強磁性体と、を有する構成とした。【選択図】図３
