To provide an accommodation available housing complex suitable for an accommodation service.SOLUTION: A connecting room 16 is arranged between a first dwelling unit 2 and a second dwelling unit 3. The connecting room 16 has a door 17b capable of being closed relative to the first dwelling unit 2 and a door 18b capable of being closed relative to the second dwelling unit 3. In addition, a locking device for a door 17c, 18c is provided with which the first dwelling unit 2 can use the connecting room 16 by unlocking the door 17b and locking the door 18b or the second dwelling unit 3 can use the connecting room 16 by locking the door 17b and unlocking the door 18b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
