To provide an explosion-resistant mortar composition and a fire-proof covering mortar composition, capable of being used in a civil engineering structure; to provide a fire-proof covering mortar composition capable of being used in a concrete-based civil engineering structure; and to provide a fire-proof covering structure capable of being used in the civil engineering structure.SOLUTION: An explosion-resistant mortar composition comprises: a cement in which the amount of aggregate, the amount of cement polymer, and the amount of water are set to predetermined ratios (80-300 pts.mass and 1-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement); the aggregate; and the cement polymer. Preferably, the mortar composition contains a predetermined amount of an organic fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】本発明は、土木構造物に用いることのできる耐爆裂性モルタル組成物および耐火被覆モルタル組成物を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、コンクリート製土木構造物に用いることのできる耐火被覆モルタル組成物を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、土木構造物に用いることのできる耐火被覆構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】骨材量、セメント用ポリマー量及び用いる水量を特定の割合（セメント１００質量部に対して８０〜３００質量部と１〜３０質量部）とするセメント、骨材及びセメント用ポリマーを含有する耐爆裂性モルタル組成物。有機繊維を特定量含有すると好適である。【選択図】なし
