MIDDLE LAYER COMPOSITION FOR SANITARY EARTHENWARE, SANITARY EARTHENWARE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SANITARY EARTHENWARE
To provide a middle layer composition capable of enhancing "depth" of the sanitary earthenware.SOLUTION: There is provided a middle layer composition for sanitary earthenware forming a middle layer positioned between an earthenware raw material and an upper glaze layer positioned on a surface of the earthenware raw material, in which the middle layer composition is a slurry with a middle layer raw material containing a glaze raw material being dispersed in water, and a second melting temperature measured by the following measurement method I is 1090 to 1230°C. A DTA curve is calculated by using an alumina powder as a reference material, and a dried article of the middle layer composition for sanitary earthenware as a test powder, a temperature of the reference material at a first inflection point where potential difference ΔV exhibiting a value ΔT by reducing a temperature of the reference material from a temperature of the sample powder in a range of over 700°C of the DTA curve becomes small is set as a first melting temperature, and a temperature of the reference material at a first inflection point where the potential difference ΔV in a range of a higher temperature side than the first melting temperature becomes large is set as the second melting temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】衛生陶器の「深み」をより向上できる中間層組成物。【解決手段】陶器素地と前記陶器素地の表面に位置する上釉層との間に位置する中間層を形成する中間層組成物において、釉原料を含む中間層原料が水に分散されたスラリーであり、下記測定方法Iで測定される第二溶融温度が1090〜1230℃である、衛生陶器用の中間層組成物。<測定方法I>アルミナ粉末を基準物質とし、衛生陶器用の中間層組成物の乾燥物を試料粉末としてDTA曲線を求め、前記DTA曲線の700℃超の領域において、前記試料粉末の温度から前記基準物質の温度を減じた値ΔTを示す電位差ΔVが、小さくなる最初の変曲点における前記基準物質の温度を第一溶融温度とし、前記第一溶融温度よりも高温側の領域において、前記電位差ΔVが、大きくなる最初の変曲点における前記基準物質の温度を第二溶融温度とする。【選択図】なし
