RUST REMOVING AGENT AND RUST REMOVING METHOD OF STEEL STRUCTURE
To provide a rust removing agent capable of sufficiently removing rust generated on a vertical surface and a ceiling surface, and a rust removing method of a steel structure using the rust removing agent.SOLUTION: The rust removing agent contains a solution containing (A) at least one kind of compound selected from a group consisting of thioglycolic acid and thioglycolic acid salt, and (B) at least one kind of compound consisting of a carboxymethyl cellulose-based compound and polyalkylene oxide, and concentration of the compound (A) in the solution is 20 to 90 mass% and content of the compound (B) is 0.1 to 15 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the solution. The rust removing method of a steel structure includes a process for coating the steel structure with the rust removing agent and a process for removing the coated rust removing agent from the steel structure together with rust.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】垂直面及び天井面に発生した錆を十分に除去できる除錆剤及びその除錆剤を用いた鋼構造物の除錆方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の除錆剤は、チオグリコール酸及びチオグリコール酸塩からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の化合物（Ａ）を含む水溶液と、カルボキシメチルセルロース系化合物及びポリアルキレンオキサイドからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の化合物（Ｂ）とを含み、水溶液における化合物（Ａ）の濃度は２０〜９０質量％であり、化合物（Ｂ）の含有量が、水溶液１００質量部に対して、０．１〜１５質量部である。本発明の鋼構造物の除錆方法は、本発明の除錆剤を鋼構造物に塗布する工程、及び塗布した除錆剤を錆と一緒に鋼構造物から除去する工程を含む。【選択図】なし
