To improve fire prevention performance by quickly discharging oil of a damper from a fitting part and preventing ignition of oil in the fitting part.SOLUTION: A damper is arranged in a space between a vertical frame of a frame body and a vertical stile of a sash. In the sash, a flat reinforcing member for covering a lower surface of a corner portion between the vertical stile and a bottom stile is arranged, and on an upper surface of the reinforcing member, a heat foaming material opposed to a resin part of the lower surface of the vertical stile and/or a resin part of the bottom stile is arranged. The heat foaming material arranged on the reinforcing member is not exposed to the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建具部分からダンパーのオイルをすみやかに排出し、建具部分におけるオイルへの引火を防止して防火性能を向上させる。【解決手段】枠体の竪枠と障子の竪框との間の空間にダンパーが配置されており、障子は、竪框と下框のコーナー部における下面を覆う平板状の補強部材が配置されているとともに、補強部材の上面には、竪框の下面の樹脂部分及び／もしくは下框の樹脂部分に対向する加熱発泡材が配置されており、補強部材に配置された加熱発泡材は空間に露出していない。【選択図】 図４
