DECK SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To run an erection machine without applying the load of the erection machine on already erected deck slabs when the deck slabs are erected from near side and sequentially erected while moving forward.SOLUTION: At least above installed deck slabs 2A, 2B, rails 5 (5A, 5B) are built while a main girder 1 is made to support with no load applied on the deck slabs. The rails 5 are supported by a support leg 6 via the support leg 6 provided on the main girder 1 between adjacent front and rear deck slabs 2, and supported by a receiving beam 7 extending in a direction orthogonal to the main girder 1. An erection machine 10 which transports slabs 2C for erection moves forward on the rails 5 and installs the deck slabs 2C at deck slab installation positions X adjacent to the latest installed deck slabs 2B. Thereafter, the erection machine 10 moves backward on the rails 5 to receive the deck slabs for erection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 床版を手前側から架設し、順次先方へ前進しつつ架設する場合に、設置済みの床版に架設機の荷重をかけることなく、架設機を走行させる。【解決手段】 少なくとも設置済みの床版２Ａ、２Ｂの上方に、当該床版に荷重をかけることなく、主桁１に支持させて、レール５（５Ａ、５Ｂ）を敷設する。レール５は、隣接する前後の床版２間において主桁１上に配置した支持脚６を介し、支持脚６により支持されて主桁１と直交する方向に延びる受梁７により支持する。設置用の床版２Ｃを運搬する架設機１０は、レール５上を前進移動して、最新に設置された床版２Ｂに隣接する床版設置位置Ｘに、床版２Ｃを設置する。その後、架設機１０は、設置用の床版の受取りのためにレール５上を後退移動する。【選択図】 図１
