To provide a dwelling house which can secure a necessary structural resistance even when a whole surface window is provided on an exterior wall facing a courtyard.SOLUTION: In a dwelling house 1 in which an indoor space 2 having a rectangular first space 2a having a living room 21, a rectangular second space 2b that is provided with a distance from the first space 2a and has a main entrance and a connecting passage 2c connecting the first space 2a and the second space 2b is formed in an U-shaped plan view, and a courtyard 4 surrounded by the first space 2a, the connecting passage 2c and the second space 2b is arranged inside the U-shaped space, a whole surface window 6 separating the first space 2a and the courtyard 4 is formed, and a bearing wall 9 projecting to the outdoor side from an exterior wall 5a that is formed on substantially the same straight line in plan view as the whole surface window 6 and at a position sandwiching the indoor space 2 from the whole surface window 6 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 中庭に面する外壁に全面窓を設けた場合であっても、必要な構造耐力を確保することができる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅１は、リビング２１を有する矩形の第一空間２ａと、前記第一空間２ａから距離を開けて設けられ、玄関を有する矩形の第二空間２ｂと、前記第一空間２ａ及び前記第二空間２ｂを繋ぐ連絡通路２ｃとを有する屋内空間２が平面視コ字状に形成され、当該コ字状の内側に前記第一空間２ａ、前記連絡通路２ｃ、及び前記第二空間２ｂに囲まれた中庭４が配置された住宅１であって、前記第一空間２ａと前記中庭４とを隔てる全面窓６が形成されており、前記全面窓６と平面視略同一直線上で、且つ、前記全面窓６から屋内空間２を挟んだ位置に形成された外壁５ａから屋外側に突出する耐力壁９が形成される。【選択図】図１
