To provide a pile member support tool and a pile driver that can prevent the deformation of a pile member and can easily perform the pile driving.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a support tool body, a hit portion formed on an upper surface of the support tool body, a groove-shaped pile member mounting portion formed on a bottom surface of the support tool body and mounting a pile member, and pile member holding means provided in the pile member mounting portion. The dimensional difference between the outer diameter of the pile member mounting portion and the outer diameter of the pile member is set to be minute, and the dimensional difference between the inner diameter of the pile member mounting portion and the inner diameter of the pile member is set to be minute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
