GROUND MODIFICATION METHOD AND MODIFIER PILE USED FOR THE SAME
To provide a ground modification method which avoids a complicated process, which is inexpensive, which gives only a small load to environment and which has excellent ability of reducing liquefaction.SOLUTION: A ground modification method reducing liquefaction of a ground of this embodiment includes a modifier production process and a burying process. In the modifier production process, a modifier pile 12 is produced by compacting a modifier 22 containing used paper fibers as a main component into a column shape. In the burying process, the modifier pile 12 produced in the modifier production process is buried in an object soil 11 to be modified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
