To simply configure a remote control type small-sized hydraulic shovel having excellent maintainability and visibility in remote operation by utilizing a configuration of an existing machine.SOLUTION: A remote control type small-sized hydraulic shovel comprising a traveling body, revolving frame 21, work machine, hydraulic pump, motor, seat base 23 (machine room), control valve unit 36, electromagnetic valve units 51 to 53, and controller box 61 comprises a valve box 30 in front of the machine room, the valve box housing a plurality of electromagnetic valves together with the control valve unit, the valve box having an opening/closing lid on its upper part. The plurality of electromagnetic valves are arranged above the control valve unit inside the valve box and are arranged in a row in the right and left direction across a bracket 31 along a front edge of the revolving frame so as to secure a gap with the machine room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】遠隔操作上の視認性とメンテナンス性に優れた遠隔操作式小型油圧ショベルを既存機の構成を活かして簡易に構成する。【解決手段】走行体、旋回フレーム２１、作業機、油圧ポンプ、原動機、シートベース２３（機械室）、コントロールバルブユニット３６、電磁弁ユニット５１〜５３、コントローラボックス６１を備えた遠隔操作式小型油圧ショベルにおいて、コントロールバルブユニットと共に複数の電磁弁を収容し、上部に開閉蓋を備えたバルブボックス３０を機械室の前側に備え、複数の電磁弁を、バルブボックスの内部でコントロールバルブユニットの上方に配置し、かつ機械室との間に間隔が確保されるように旋回フレームの前縁に沿ってブラケット３１を跨いで左右方向に並べて配置する。【選択図】図６
