To provide a bearing wall panel capable of improving horizontal force damping performance of a building.SOLUTION: The bearing wall panel according to the present invention comprises a frame body 2 including a first vertical frame member 21, a second vertical frame member 22, an upper frame member 23, and a lower frame member 24 connected to each other so as to form a rectangle as a whole and having an opening 2a surrounded by the first vertical frame member 21, the second vertical frame member 22, the upper frame member 23, and the lower frame member 24, a variable frame member 3 fastened to at least one of the first and second vertical frame members 21 and 22 so as to be displaceable in the extending direction of the first and second vertical frame members 21 and 22, and a face member 5 arranged to close the opening 2a of the frame body 2 and connected to at least one of the first and second vertical frame members 21 and 22 via the variable frame member 3. The horizontal force input to the frame body 2 is attenuated by the friction accompanying the relative displacement between the first and second vertical frame members 21 and 22 and the variable frame member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の水平力減衰性能を向上させることができる耐力壁パネルを提供する。【解決手段】本発明による耐力壁パネルは、全体として矩形となるように互いに連結された第1縦枠材21、第2縦枠材22、上枠材23及び下枠材24を含み、第1縦枠材21、第2縦枠材22、上枠材23及び下枠材24によって囲まれる開口部2aを有する枠体2と、第1及び第2縦枠材21,22の延在方向に変位可能に第1及び第2縦枠材21,22の少なくとも一方に締結された可変枠材3と、枠体2の開口部2aを塞ぐように配置されるとともに、可変枠材3を介して第1及び第2縦枠材21,22の少なくとも一方に接続された面材5とを備え、第1及び第2縦枠材21,22と可変枠材3との間の相対的な変位に伴う摩擦により、枠体2に入力される水平力が減衰されるように構成されている。【選択図】図1
