To provide a bicycle parking lot management system that can easily satisfy both desires from a user side of bicycle theft prevention in a bicycle parking lot and desires from a manager side of cost reduction in equipment in a bicycle parking lot.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking lot 20 is divided into a regular bicycle parking area 22 in which a bicycle not violating a rule in the bicycle parking lot should be parked and an illegal bicycle parking area (not illustrated) in which an illegally parked bicycle, the bicycle violating the rule should be kept temporarily. A first stand 32 is installed in the regular bicycle parking area 22, and the first stand has a first anchoring part 34 to which a user anchors a bicycle by using a loop lock 26 for user, and a first lock 36 by which an operator not a user performs selectively locking for keeping the first anchoring part in an anchoring state and unlocking for cancelling an anchoring state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】駐輪場における二輪車の窃盗防止というユーザ側からの要望と、駐輪場の設備のコスト削減という管理者側からの要望とを両立させることが容易である駐輪場管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】駐輪場２０には、その駐輪場の規則に違反しない二輪車が駐輪されるべき正規駐輪エリア２２と、前記規則に違反した二輪車である不正駐輪車が一時的に保管されるべき不正駐輪エリア（図示しない）とが割り当てられている。正規駐輪エリア２２には、第１スタンド３２が設置され、その第１スタンドは、ユーザがユーザ用ループ錠２６を用いて前記二輪車を係留する第１係留部３４と、その第１係留部を係留状態に維持するための施錠と係留状態を解除するための解錠とをユーザではない作業員が選択的に行う第１ロック３６とを有する。【選択図】図３
