To provide an epoxy resin mortar maintaining cut-off property by being filled in a gap of steel materials or the like, having cut-off property which could not be achieved by conventional epoxy resin mortar, and capable of maintaining good infusion property during construction and high shear strength after curing after construction.SOLUTION: There is provided an epoxy resin mortar in which a filler of 150 pts.wt. to 400 pts.wt. is filled based on 100 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin, and which has a number of variation coefficient of a particle diameter distribution of the filler divided by filling weight part of the filler based on 100 pts.wt. of the epoxy resin of 390 to 600, and cut-off property, and is excellent in infusion property and shear strength.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、鋼材等の隙間に充填して止水性を保つエポキシ樹脂モルタルに関するもので、従来のエポキシ樹脂モルタルでは実現できなかった、止水性を有し、且つ施工時の良好な注入性と施工後の硬化後に高いせん断強度を維持することを可能とするエポキシ樹脂モルタルを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明では、エポキシ樹脂１００重量部に対して１５０重量部以上４００重量部以下のフィラーを充填するエポキシ樹脂モルタルにおいて、フィラーの粒子径分布の変動係数をエポキシ樹脂１００重量部に対するフィラーの充填重量部で除した数値が３９０〜６００である止水性を有し、注入性とせん断強度に優れるエポキシ樹脂モルタルを得る。【選択図】なし
