【課題】簡易な構成でありながら、天井パネルを確実に固定しつつ、容易に開閉可能とする。【解決手段】水平方向に間隔をあけて設けられる複数の支持フレーム２の間に板状の天井パネル１０Ａを取り付ける天井パネル取付治具２０Ａは、天井パネル１０Ａに固定されるとともに、支持フレーム２の上側に配置される上部プレート２１Ａと、支持フレーム２の下側に配置される下部プレート２２Ａと、上部プレート２１Ａと下部プレート２２Ａとを結合する磁石２３と、を備え、下部プレート２２Ａは、支持フレーム２を挟んで上部プレート２１Ａに対向する位置Ｐ１と、支持フレーム２を挟んで上部プレート２１Ａに対向する位置Ｐ１から退避した位置Ｐ２との間で、移動可能に設けられている。【選択図】図３
