To improve a coupling strength relative to a bolt shank of a coupling metal fitting for a bolt shank and to facilitate a coupling work with the bolt shank as well.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: It consists of a coupling metal fitting locking holder having a bolt shank fitting hole at a side part and for fitting the bolt shank through the fitting hole, an engaging member in the coupling metal fitting locking holder to be pivoted slidably toward the bolt shank and having an engaging part for engaging with a screw groove of the bolt shank at a tip of a left and right side wall part, a bolt coupling metal fitting pivoted to be capable of a relative rotation on both left and right side of the coupling locking holder, a coupling bolt abutting the tip against a base end of the engaging member via a screw hole of the bolt coupling metal fitting and a coupling bolt holding member mounted on a coupling member side for holding the coupling belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
