FIXING JIG FOR CONVEYING CYLINDER OF DEMOLITION MACHINE, AND ASSEMBLY METHOD AND DECOMPOSITION METHOD IN BUILDING DEMOLITION WORK SITE OF DEMOLITION MACHINE
To provide a fixing jig for conveying which can shorten an assembly work and a decomposition work of a demolition machine in a building demolition work site.SOLUTION: A fixing jig for conveying is lighter than a first boom, one end of the fixing jig for conveying is fixed to a body or an adapter to which the first boom is fixed at the time of assembly completion of a demolition machine, one end of two cylinders is fixed to the body or the adapter, the other end of the fixing jig for conveying is formed with two cylinder receiving parts for fixing the other end of the two cylinders, and the two cylinders are fixed by each inserting two cylinder receiving shafts into a hole of the two cylinder receiving parts and a hole for fixing to the first boom of the two cylinders at the time of assembly completion of the demolition machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 建築物解体作業現場での解体機の組立作業、分解作業を短縮できる搬送用固定治具を提供する。【解決手段】 搬送用固定治具は、第１ブームより軽量であり、前記搬送用固定治具の一端は、解体機の組み立て完成時に前記第１ブームが固定される本体あるいはアダプタに固定され、前記２つのシリンダの一端は、前記本体あるいは前記アダプタに固定され、前記搬送用固定治具の他端には、前記２つのシリンダの他端を固定するための２つのシリンダ受け部が形成され、前記２つのシリンダ受け部の孔、前記解体機の組み立て完成時の前記２つのシリンダの前記第１ブームへの固定用孔に２つのシリンダ受け軸をそれぞれ挿入することにより前記２つのシリンダを固定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
