To provide a fastening device for rail expansion/contraction joint which can reduce a load on a vehicle and a track, and can improve ride comfort.SOLUTION: A fastening device for rail expansion/contraction joint comprises: a pair of lateral pressure bearing fittings 1 fixed on a sleeper 2 by anchor bolts 4 via an adjustment plate 3; a bed plate 8, on which at least one of a receiving rail 9 and a tongue rail 10 is fixed, is placed on the adjustment plate 3 between the lateral pressure bearing fittings 1 via a track pad 11; and a leaf spring 18 provided as elastic pressing means for elastically pressing the bed plate 8 on the track pad 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
