To provide a masonry joint material removal device that can prevent an increase in width dimension value of a masonry joint gap during each replacement of the masonry joint material as much as possible and can simplify a masonry joint material removal process, and accordingly can remove a masonry joint material in a period of time as short as possible.SOLUTION: There is provided a masonry joint material removal device 1 that removes a masonry joint material 7 installed in a slender clearance 5 between one concrete pavement slab 3A and the other concrete pavement slab 3B. A masonry joint material removal blade 23 is installed in the masonry joint material removal device 1, the masonry joint material removal device 1 comprises a masonry joint material removal blade installation part 11 making the masonry joint material removal blade rotate while biting into the masonry joint material 7 to remove the masonry joint material 7. The masonry joint material removal blade installation part 11 is constituted so that extension directions of rotary central shafts C1 and C2 of the installed masonry joint material removal blade 23 can be freely changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】目地材を交換する毎に目地用間隙の幅寸法の値が大きくなることを極力防ぐことができるとともに、目地材の除去工程を簡素化でき、目地材の除去を極力短時間ですることができる目地材除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】一方のコンクリート舗装版３Ａと他方のコンクリート舗装版３Ｂとの間の細長い間隙５に設置されている目地材７を除去する目地材除去装置１において、目地材除去刃２３が設置され、この設置された目地材除去刃を、目地材７を除去するために目地材７に食い込ませ回転させる目地材除去刃設置部１１を有し、目地材除去刃設置部１１は、設置された目地材除去刃２３の回転中心軸Ｃ１、Ｃ２の延伸方向を変更自在に構成されている。【選択図】図１
