To provide a fiber reinforced laminated lumber capable of recycling the laminate lumber as a base material after application while improving bending performance of a ligneous laminate lumber with a fiber member.SOLUTION: A composite material comprises a base material part as a ligneous lumber and a reinforcement part, the reinforcement part comprising a base material part joint member and a reinforcement part protection member as well as a fiber reinforcement resin member arranged therebetween and attached thereon, wherein the base material part joint member and the reinforcement part protection member are not substantially attached to each other directly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
