To provide an additive for a recycled aggregate-containing cement composition that can improve strength of concrete formed from a recycled aggregate-containing cement composition; also provide a cement composition that can give concrete that expresses excellent strength; and further provide a method for producing a cement composition that can give concrete that expresses excellent strength.SOLUTION: An additive for recycled aggregate-containing cement composition has a copolymer (A) containing an alkanolamine compound and further containing a specific structure, a compound having a structure with 5 mol or more of alkylene oxides added to a polyhydric alcohol, and at least one selected from an oxycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof, a keto acid or a salt thereof, sugar, a sugar alcohol, and a fluorine compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】再生骨材を含むセメント組成物から形成されるコンクリートの強度を向上させ得る再生骨材含有セメント組成物用添加剤を提供する。また、優れた強度を発現するコンクリートを与え得るセメント組成物、さらに、優れた強度を発現するコンクリートを与え得るセメント組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】再生骨材含有セメント組成物用添加剤は、アルカノールアミン化合物を含み、更に特定の構造を含む共重合体（Ａ）、多価アルコールにアルキレンオキシドが５モル以上付加された構造を有する化合物、オキシカルボン酸もしくはその塩、ケト酸もしくはその塩、糖、糖アルコール、フッ素化合物から選ばれる少なくとも１種を含む再生骨材含有セメント組成物用添加剤。【選択図】図１
