PARTITION BEARING WALL
To provide a partition bearing wall capable of being installed even in a room of a building having a semi-fireproof structure based on a ministerial ordinance while improving design property by using a bearing surface material having a woody representation design.SOLUTION: A partition bearing wall 1 arranged in a room, comprises: a beam member 2 horizontally laid in a ceiling space; two column members 3 supporting the beam member 2; a lower frame member 4 laid between the two column members 3, and a bearing surface member 5 having a woody representation design arranged in a rectangular frame formed by the beam member 2, the two column members 3 and the lower frame member 4. At a lower part of the beam member 2, a ceiling member 91 that covers the ceiling space and forms a ceiling in the room is provided. The bearing surface member 5 is arranged below the ceiling member 91, is fixed to the two column members 3, and is not fixed to the ceiling member 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木質あらわし意匠を有する耐力面材を用いることで意匠性を向上させながら、省令準耐火構造の建築物の室内にも設置可能な間仕切耐力壁を提供すること。【解決手段】天井懐に横架される梁材2と、梁材2を支持する2本の柱材3と、2本の柱材3の間に架設される下枠材4と、梁材2、2本の柱材3及び下枠材4により形成される方形枠内に配置される木質あらわし意匠を有する耐力面材5と、を備える室内に配置される間仕切耐力壁において、梁材2の下部には、天井懐を被覆して室内の天井を形成する天井材91が設けられており、耐力面材5は、天井材91より下方に配置されて、2本の柱材3に固定され、天井材91とは固定されないことを特徴とする間仕切耐力壁1。【選択図】図2
