To provide a water discharge device and a wash stand that can secure a water discharge space suitably so as to improve usability.SOLUTION: A water discharge device B2 comprises a pedestal part 10 fixed to a mounting surface 4a directed in the side direction, a tubular discharge pipe part 11 with the rear end connected with the pedestal part 10 so as to extend, and a water discharge part 12 that has a water discharge port and that is integrally or detachably installed in the tip side of the discharge pipe part 11. The discharge pipe part 11 is integrally provided with an erected part 11a with the bottom edge of the rear end connected with the pedestal part 10 so as to extend upward and a curved part 11b that has the rear end connected with the top edge of the erected part 11a and that is formed in a projecting arc shape upward, and the discharge pipe part is connected with the pedestal part 10 so as to rotate around axis lines O2 and O3 extending in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】吐水空間を好適に確保することができ、使い勝手を向上させることを可能にした吐水装置及び洗面台を提供すること。【解決手段】横方向を向く取付け面４ａに固定される台座部１０と、後端を台座部１０に接続して延設される管状の吐水管部１１と、吐水口を有し、吐水管部１１の先端側に一体に、又は着脱可能に設けられる吐水部１２とを備える吐水装置Ｂ２において、吐水管部１１を、台座部１０に前記後端の下端を接続して上方に延びる立上り部１１ａと、立上り部１１ａの上端に後端を繋げ、上方に凸の円弧状に形成された湾曲部１１ｂとを一体に備えて形成するとともに、上下方向に延びる軸線Ｏ２、Ｏ３周りに回動可能に台座部１０に接続して設ける。【選択図】図４
