【課題】浸透井戸が排水できなくなった場合に、コストを抑え、環境負荷を低減しつつ、浸透井戸により雨水等を排水することを可能とする浸透井戸改修工法を提供すること。【解決手段】既設の浸透井戸１０の底部１１より下の浸透層を改修する浸透井戸改修工法は、軸部２１０の少なくとも先端側に、軸部２１０の外周側に突出する突出部２２０が設けられた攪拌部材２００を、浸透層に回転させながら挿入する挿入工程と、挿入工程の後に、攪拌部材２００を回転させながら引き上げる引き上げ工程と、を含み、挿入工程と、引き上げ工程と、を繰り返す。【選択図】図１
