To form living environment which is easily integrated into a local community and makes living environment totally comfortable to handicapped persons and concerned persons.SOLUTION: Dwelling blocks 11 and 12 for handicapped persons and dwelling blocks 13 and 14 for concerned persons are each independently built in a site 10, sweeping-out windows 11a, 12a, 13a and 14a which allow incoming and outgoing of residents are provided on each of the dwelling blocks 11 and 12 for handicapped persons and the dwelling blocks 13 and 14 for concerned persons, foot paths 21 and 22 are arranged in the site 10 so as to pass through the vicinity of each of the dwelling blocks 11 to 14, and the sweeping-out windows 11a to 14a in each of the dwelling blocks 11 to 14 are arranged so as to face the foot paths 21 and 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地域社会に溶け込みやすく、障がい者やその関係者にとって総合的に住み心地の良い生活環境を形成することである。【解決手段】敷地１０内に、障がい者用住居棟１１，１２と、関係者用住居棟１３，１４と、がそれぞれ独立して建築されており、障がい者用住居棟１１，１２及び関係者用住居棟１３，１４の各住居棟には、居住者の出入りが可能な掃き出し窓１１ａ，１２ａ，１３ａ，１４ａが設けられており、敷地１０には、各住居棟１１〜１４の近傍を通過するようにしてフットパス２１，２２が配置されており、各住居棟１１〜１４における掃き出し窓１１ａ〜１４ａは、フットパス２１，２２に面して配置されている。【選択図】図１
