UNLOCK SYSTEM, PRESSURE DEVICE AND APPLICATION PROGRAM
To provide a keyless unlock system that enables a person to unlock an automatic lock without a key to enter an apartment building, a pressure device that performs unlock operation, and an application program that performs an unlock command.SOLUTION: The unlock system is composed of an unlock device 1 installed in a living space, a pressure device 2 installed in the living space in a position near the unlock device 1, a portable communication terminal 3 carried by a user, and an entrance operation device 4 installed at an entrance for an apartment building outside the living space. An unlock button and a lever are placed closely. The lever of the pressure device 2 protrudes and operates the unlock button of the unlock device 1 in a pressing manner when the portable communication terminal 3 transmits an unlock signal to the pressure device 2. This opens an entrance door for a particular period to enable a person to enter the apartment building. The user inputs a room number through the entrance operation device 4 and makes a call in advance in order to activate the unlock button.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】オートロックを鍵なしで解錠してマンションに立ち入ることができるキーレスな解錠システム、解錠操作を行う押圧機器及び解錠指令を行うアプリケーションプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】解錠システムは、居住空間内に設置された解錠機器１と、同じく居住空間内の解錠機器１に近接して設置された押圧機器２と、利用者が携行する携帯通信端末３と、居住空間外のマンションのエントランスに設置されたエントランス操作機器４と、から構成される。解錠ボタンとレバーとを近接して設置し、携帯通信端末３からの押圧機器２に対する解錠信号の送信により、押圧機器２のレバーが突出して解錠機器１の解錠ボタンを押圧操作することから、エントランスドアが一定時間開放されてマンションに立ち入ることが可能となる。なお、解錠ボタンを有効化するために、利用者はエントランス操作機器４から部屋番号を入力して呼び出しを行っておく。【選択図】図１
