To provide a refuge device arranged indoor or outdoor and in which people can take refuge when a disaster such as an earthquake, a fire, or a seismic sea wave occurs.SOLUTION: An emergency survival device for a disaster refuge according to the invention comprises a body in which a space is formed inside and which is constituted of a wall body formed at a side surface, a ceiling of an upper part, and a floor of a lower part, a radio communication part which can communicate with a rescue fighter outside or a management center and by which a state of the body inside can be verified remotely, a sense module for sensing a state change of the body, an oxygen supply part for supplying oxygen to the body inside, an oxygen reproduction part for filtering carbon dioxide contained in an expiration generated inside of the body to reproduce oxygen, and a controller for controlling an actuation of the sense module, the radio communication part, the oxygen supply part, and the oxygen reproduction part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
