To provide a solid high performance lignin derivative which can be used for a dispersant use and the like, can be used on construction sites, etc. of concrete and the like, and further can be used for use as a premix by being mixed with a hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a granular composition containing a lignin derivative which is a reaction product of a lignin sulfonic acid-based compound and an aromatic water-soluble compound, and satisfies the following conditions, (A) and (B). Condition (A): An average particle diameter is in a range of 30 to 250 μm; and Condition (B): Of the particle diameter distribution, a cumulative area of particles having a particle diameter of 100 μm or less is 15.0% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】分散剤用途等に利用でき、コンクリート等の施工現場等で簡便に使用でき、さらには水硬性組成物と混合したプレミックス用途にも使用できる高性能リグニン誘導体の固形物を提供すること。【解決手段】リグニンスルホン酸系化合物と芳香族系水溶性化合物との反応物であるリグニン誘導体を含み、下記条件（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）を満たす粒状組成物である。条件（Ａ）：平均粒子径が３０〜２５０μｍの範囲にあること。条件（Ｂ）：粒度分布中、粒子径が１００μｍ以下の蓄積面積が１５．０％以上であること。【選択図】なし
