To provide a road marking plate that can completely prevent a luminous material from becoming wet by completely wrapping the luminous material so that water does not penetrate through gaps between members for waterproofing.SOLUTION: A road marking plate 0100 comprises: a base plate 0101; a reflective layer 0102 that reflects light from a luminous material layer, which is directly or indirectly disposed with at least a part of the base plate and the end face flush on the base plate; the luminous material layer 0103 which is directly or indirectly disposed with at least a part of the end face of the reflective layer flush on the reflective layer; a surface glass layer 0104 disposed directly or indirectly with at least a part of the end face of the luminous material layer flush on the luminous material layer; a waterproof layer 0105 covering all or a part of a gap between each layer and an overlapping end face; and a frame-like part 0106 for protecting the end face side by fitting with the respective layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
