METHOD FOR DEMOLISHING UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE IN CONTACT WITH BUILDING
To provide a method for improving a situation in which a demolition work of an underground structure of a concrete building whose periphery is in contact with other buildings needs to be carried out so as not to collapse the underground skeleton, and in which a heavy machine is put in a vacant lot to carry out work such as drilling and H-steel hammering when the concrete building is reconstructed.SOLUTION: When an underground structure of a concrete building in contact with a surrounding building is demolished, the underground structure is demolished from a lowest layer, leaving a skeleton having strength to support the weight of the underground structure and a bottom area to resist settlement by shaking; the whole lowermost layer is demolished while forming a temporary base for supporting the underground structure by filling a demolished void with buried earth; and after the demolition, a process of forming a raised ground of a demolition height by a reclaimed soil is repeated step by step upward to make a vacant lot as a load bearing ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】周囲が他の建物と接しているコンクリート建築物の地下構造物の解体作業は地下躯体が崩れないように行う必要があるうえに、コンクリート建築物を再建する際、更地内に重機を入れて穿孔やH鋼打ち等の作業を行う必要があった。【解決手段】周囲の建物と接するコンクリート建築物の地下構造物を解体する際、地下構造物の重量を支える強度と揺さぶりによる沈下に耐える底面積を有する躯体を残して最下層から解体を行い、解体空隙に埋込土類を充填して地下構造物を支える仮土台を形成しながら最下層全体の解体を行ない、解体後、埋立土類によって解体高さの嵩上げ地盤を形成する工程を上方に向って段階的に繰り返して構築した更地を耐荷重地盤とするものである。【選択図】 図1
