PIPING STRUCTURE, EDGE PART HANDLING MEMBER OF COLLECTIVE JOINT, AND METHOD OF HANDLING EDGE PART OF COLLECTIVE JOINT
To provide a piping structure, in which works related to edge part handling can be easily performed; an appearance and a water shut-off function are superior; and water can be easily discharged even if an inside of a cover is immersed.SOLUTION: A piping structure of this invention comprises: a collective joint 10 including connection parts respectively connectable to plural pipes; and a sound insulating cover 20 that covers at least one of the plural connection parts, the piping structure being provided with an edge part handling member 60 mounted to a vertical bush 41 and covering an outer peripheral surface of a top edge part of the sound insulating cover 20. The edge part handling member 60 includes: an inner cylinder 61 externally mounted to an outer peripheral surface of the vertical bush 41; an outer cylinder 62 surrounding the inner cylinder 61 from outside; and a top wall plate 63 integrally covering the inner cylinder 61 and the outer cylinder 62 from one side of a cylinder axis direction and having a through-hole 60a into which a vertical pipe P1 is inserted, in which a top edge part 20a of the sound insulating cover 20 is fitted between the inner cylinder 61 and the outer cylinder 62, and the outer cylinder 62 overlaps an outer peripheral surface of the sound insulating cover 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】端部処理にかかる作業を容易に行うことができるうえ、外観と止水性に優れ、仮にカバー内が浸水した場合でも水を容易に放出することができる。【解決手段】複数の配管のそれぞれに接続可能な接続部を有する集合継手10と、複数の接続部の少なくとも一つを覆う遮音カバー20と、を備え、縦ブッシュ41に装着されるとともに、遮音カバー20の上端部分の外周面を覆う端部処理部材60が設けられ、端部処理部材60は、縦ブッシュ41の外周面に外装される内筒61と、内筒61を外側から囲繞する外筒62と、内筒61及び外筒62を筒軸方向の一方から一体に覆うとともに、縦管P1が挿通される貫通穴60aを有する天壁板63と、を備え、内筒61と外筒62との間に遮音カバー20の上端部20aが嵌入され、外筒62が遮音カバー20の外周側に重なっている構成の配管構造を提供する。【選択図】図2
