To provide exterior material for construction comprising a fitting structure partly detachable in a non-tight attachment type and a detaching method thereof capable of replacing even only the exterior material to be replaced even where the exterior material is in a configuration that fitting parts are covered with each other after installed.SOLUTION: Detachable exterior material for a construction is exterior material for construction forming a fitting structure in a non-tight attachment type configured to form bending at each of extending parts at one side end part and the other side end part of a plate member. The one side end part comprises a fitting part receiving structure provided with a concave fitting part in a reversed dogleg and an apron part extending from a free end part of the concave fitting part, while the other side end part comprises a hook structure provided with a downwardly bent part formed along the apron part and an L-shape bent part formed on an extending part thereof. A detachable method for detaching the exterior material using a detaching tool is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工後の互いの嵌合部が隠れるような形態の外装材であっても、交換対象となる外装材だけでもこれを交換できるような、即ち部分脱着の可能な非密着型の嵌合構造を付与してなる建築用外装材とそれの脱着方法を提案する。【解決手段】板材の一側端部と他側端部のそれぞれの延在部分に折曲げ成形した非密着型の嵌合構造を形成してなる建築用外装材であって、その一側端部には、逆くの字状である凹嵌合部と、それの遊端部から延びる前垂れ部とからなる嵌め受け構造部をもち、一方、前記他側端部には、前記前垂れ部に沿うように形成された折下げ部とその延在部分に形成されたＬ形折返し部とからなる掛止め構造部が形成されている脱着可能な建築用外装材と、その外装材を脱着治具を用いて脱着する方法。【選択図】図１
