SLUDGE LIFTING DEVICE OF DIVIDED VERTICAL WATER CHANNEL
To provide a sludge lifting device which facilitates handling for collecting and removing an underwater precipitate and can suck sludge with a long distance and practical concentration.SOLUTION: A sludge lifting device has a sand absorption port opened and arrayed along a pipe wall of a vertical direction water channel part auxiliary water absorption cylinder which maintains a tip water absorption port of a suction pipe on a precipitate, and lifts sand and sludge in a state of being embedded in the precipitate, in which a partition in the water channel direction is provided on the water channel in the auxiliary water absorption cylinder, the water channel is divided into a sand absorption port side water flow channel and a non-sand absorption port side water flow channel having the sand absorption port, and sand absorption and water absorption are separately performed and the sludge is lifted by confluence and mixing of the sand and the water on the lower end of the partition, to prevent in-pipe accumulation when the auxiliary water absorption cylinder stops, to smoothly start water passage, and to absorb sand with high concentration and absorb sand with a long distance using scouring and transaction from the surface of the precipitate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 水中沈殿物を回収除去するための取り扱い容易で、長い距離や実用的濃度で吸引できる揚泥装置を提供する。【解決手段】 吸入管の先端吸水口を沈澱物上に維持する上下方向水路部補吸水筒の管壁に、該管壁に沿って開窄配列した吸砂口を備え、沈殿物中に埋没した状態で揚砂揚泥する揚泥装置において、該補吸水筒内水路に水路方向の仕切りを設けて、吸砂口を備えた吸砂口側流水路と非吸砂口側流水路に分割して吸砂と、吸水を別々に行い、該仕切り下方端で合流混合させて揚泥することに依り、補吸水筒の休止時管内堆積を防止し、円滑な通水始動を得、沈殿物表面からの洗掘掃流を駆使した高濃度吸砂や、長い距離の吸砂ができる。【選択図】 図1
