To provide a staircase structure which can fix iron stairs to a parting wall and a unit building.SOLUTION: It is a staircase structure in which iron stairs (round staircase 51) are adjacent to a parting wall 70. In this staircase structure, the parting wall 70 has between a fire-resistant board (gypsum board 73) and another fire-resistant board (gypsum board 73) frame members 71 of noncombustible material and horizontal members 72 of noncombustible material laid on the frame members 71. The iron stairs (round staircase 51) are fixed on the horizontal members 72 of noncombustible material laid on the frame members 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】 鉄製の階段を界壁に固定することができる階段構造及びユニット建物を提供する。【解決手段】 鉄製の階段（廻り階段５１）が界壁７０に隣接する階段構造である。この階段構造において、界壁７０は、耐火ボード（石膏ボード７３）と耐火ボード（石膏ボード７３）との間に、不燃材の枠材７１と、枠材７１に横架される不燃材の横架材７２と、を備える。鉄製の階段（廻り階段５１）は、枠材７１に横架された不燃材の横架材７２に固定される。【選択図】図１２
